Hosting Great Birthday Parties – Party host training. 1 ˝ hour session (speaking) ˝ hour Q/A Attendees, Party hosts, Customer service, someone from food and beverage, management, party coordinator, someone from sales.
Birthday Party Systems Training – Maximize your space, minimize lane down time, implement a sales qualification process that will double the number of parties your currently book now. 90 minute session (speaking) ˝ hour Q/A. Attendees, Management-Owners, Front Counter if they answer the phone and book parties, Sales.
Train the Trainer – This training class teaches you how to provide on going training to your staff.
